The Hive Northlake birthday parties are all the buzz!
Please read these rules prior to booking your party to ensure that you know all the things that are allowed and expected. If you are interested in booking a longer party please contact us via phone or email to determine if this is available. All parties are private. You will be renting out the large room that we call our playzone.
Party Fee: $350
$150 of your party fee is a non-refundable deposit. You must notify us of your cancelation at least 7 days prior to your booked party to receive any refund.
Policies and Procedures
1. Parties can be changed to a different date/time, if available, and if requested at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the party.
2. A $200 refund will be provided for any parties that are cancelled at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the party.
3. Access to The Hive Northlake is available 15 minutes prior to start of the party for decorating/set-up and 15 minutes after the end of the party is allotted for clean-up. Late fees are $5 per minute and will be charged for remaining in the center after the 15-minute window of time has finished. Party food is allowed. We are able to store a cake in a refrigerator if needed. There is no option for heating food of any kind. NO NUTS, ALCOHOL OR RED JUICE is allowed on site. Food and drinks must be kept in the table areas. No food or drinks are allowed on the play structure. This may incur an additional cleaning fee if not followed.
4. Decorations are allowed, but it must be items that are removable and may not cause any damage to the cabinets, walls or structures. You may have up to 45 people (kids and parents total) in attendance. This is due to fire code regulation. There are no added fees for having more or less children in attendance.
5. We must have a liability waiver signed for each child present at our location. Please be sure to inform parents that they will have to sign this when bringing their child to your party. Please make sure at the end of your party that you clean up. Make sure that there are no items left in the playground, all trash is placed in the trash can and that any spills or messes are cleaned up. Remove any decorations that you brought in from the facility.
6. The Hive has a NO SHOES policy. Adults and children will need to remove their shoes before entering the play area.
